Dear Totara Community

Has anyone used/using AICC Links on Totara? I'd love to hear your feedback please.

Did you have any problems with completion records being recorded successfully? and if you did, were you able to identify the root cause and circumvent?

Do you happen to have any tips or suggestions?

We are using AICC links to national content from eLfH website on Totara 10 and have had a more than a hanful of users complain their records havent been saved; I believe this could be down to a combination of operating systems and web browsers.

Hi Jeet

As you have said the operating system and browser version can influence the saving of AICC information.

Other influences are the authoring package, the setting in the LMS, the LMS version, firewall settings etc

To get to the bottom of this it would be good if you can create a support ticket and include information on the above and also a copy of the package so we can test this.
