Is there a way to modify the text of a reminder email for an appraisal by going through the database? We want to avoid having to close the appraisal if possible.

Hi Ryan
It looks like the appraisal message is stored in the mdl_appraisal_event_message table so you should be able to change this on the database without affecting anything else.
Note changing any data on the database needs to be fully tested as there may be linked data and there is no logging of the changes.
