Not sure if this feature is here...just trying my luck here.
Could anyone enlighten me on what placeholder I should use to included a custom field under sign-up(Cost Code, short name:costcode) in the notification email?
I tried [sessionsignup:costcode], [session:sign-up:costcode], [sign-up:costcode]….etc…None of them are working.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Background:
We have some training sessions provided by an external supplier on our LMS.
For billing purpose, participants are required to provide their Cost Code during Sign-up, and we have set up the following custom field in below screenshot with the short name ‘costcode’.
Once a participant’s booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the supplier.
It would be ideal if we can use the placeholder to add this custom field Cost Code in the notification that goes to the supplier, so they can include this Cost Code in the invoice to us.
