I have an error message after uploading course completion via the "upload completion records" menu item. the upload appears to work flawlessly as far as the courses being marked Completed via RPL. I have attached a picture of the error with debug on. (Normally with Debug off you can only see the exception). The course completion logs do not appear to have any issues shown other than ignored for instance if the record already exists.


This began after updating to 12.19.

Any ideas?

Hi Peter

Are you able to get a support ticket created for this outlining the settings in the import you had and the data imported.

I tested the course completion import in 12.19 and this worked Ok and can't see any reported bugs on this.
