I want staff managers to be able to enrol their employees onto specific courses - I changed the permissions to allow staff managers to be able to enrol employees but it still doesn't seem to be giving the option to enrol anyone but themselves on the manager profile.
Help please? found nothing useful in the totara academy.

Limiting the permissions to a users staff is difficult because permissions apply to all users with the role so the manager would see all users.
Its similar to the problems with the reserve permission for seminars
Have you looked at Learning Plans - this allows learning to be allocated by managers and a record of interaction to be kept between learner and manager.
