Some of my users get an error message "Incorrect sesskey submitted" when they are trying to reset their password. I am not sure what this is. Can someone enlighten me?

Where are they trying to reset their passwords? What role/s do the users have on the page?

They are authenticated users (learner) and they are trying to use the "Forgotten Password" link on the login page.

Can you tell us anything about your environment/setup which would help us recreate? Session key applies to user who has logged on and expires after a while of inactivity.
