We are migrating a new customer to Totara.
In their current LMS they have a lot of programs and certifications which need to be migrated to Totara.
We want to import those without programs and certification without building our own import functionality.
We were not able to find this functionality.
Does anyone know if this functionality is available by default or do we need to build it?
If this functionality isn't available I will raise a suggested feature.

Totara dose have a upload completion feature for courses and also programs/certifications
There is also a program and course completion editor that can be used to manually adjust completion records and keep a trail of the coinages.

I've found that features indeed and we are definitely going to use this feature once we have loaded all programs and certifications.
However...
What we need is an import option/tool for the import of the actual program's and certification (incl. structure and settings) themselves.
It might be up to 100 programs and certifications we need to import. If we have to do it manually it will take ages.
If there is a way to import them, that would be great. If there isn't, we have to build by our self.

Unfortunately there is not a way to import the program or certification settings and structure. We would be interested in anything that you develop in this area.
We have a feature request for this on https://totara.community/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=18332 but this currently isn't a priority for us

I've voted for the feature request.
Once available, this functionality would help all partners and customers to migrate their data from another LMS to Totara.
It will reduce the cost of migration and might convince them to choose for Totara (The lower the costs, the easier the choice is made).
