Hi all,
I want to report on pages that have trainer resources on them. I can create a custom field checkbox but I don't want the admin of having to mark all the pages and then maintain that checkbox, I want the trainers to do that.
But our trainers don't have access to Edit Settings (business decision) to be able to mark that checkbox.
Any suggestions on how I might be able to create a reportable field that can be marked by a role that can't access Edit Settings?
