For a very few members of our team completion of a recently launched Articulate Rise SCORM package is not recording as complete.
The course has been completed successfully by the vast majority of our team.
Q&A has yet to discover a common fault, we've gone through the interaction records identifying that the module was completed within a single session and a relatively short time-frame by some, excluding one of our known issues.
I'm assuming it may be network or environment...
Has anyone else worked through a similar issue?
