For a very few members of our team completion of a recently launched Articulate Rise SCORM package is not recording as complete.
The course has been completed successfully by the vast majority of our team.

Q&A has yet to discover a common fault, we've gone through the interaction records identifying that the module was completed within a single session and a relatively short time-frame by some, excluding one of our known issues.
I'm assuming it may be network or environment...


Has anyone else worked through a similar issue?

Hi John

Looking at the Rise forums this does seem to be a problem with the suggested causes being communication problems , network/VPN blocking progress saving, closing of browser window, Chrome version 83 

If you can check with the users this has happened to if they experienced any of these then that would help narrow it down.
