Hello Everyone, 

Dose anyone know , how to collapse all the block in totara by default for all users when they log on the solution every time ? 

Yes, totara support user preference in the blocks :)

Hi Kumar

I checked and if the user docks a block and logs off then logs on again the block remains docked.The users preference is retained but there isn't a setting where this can be set.

This could possibly be done through a custom theme.
