This will be the last Community update of the year. Thank you to all of you for making the Totara Community such a great place to be. It’s an understatement to say this has been a difficult year for many organisations around the world. Many of you have been forced to reevaluate how you deliver training and develop your teams. As a result of the pandemic, some of you have been using Totara products in new ways, such as introducing social learning, gamification and more personalised learning pathways. Many of you have been forced to shift from face-to-face training to providing all of your training online and this transformation has happened at pace. In 2020, we’ve seen more people taking advantage of the Community and we can see you’ve been spending more time learning about all the benefits that come with your Totara products. Here’s hoping that next year will be a better one for everyone, but that we take any positives and lessons learnt on how to deliver great digital training whilst ensuring all our teams feel engaged and enthused to upskill in an ever-changing working landscape.
Staying in that theme, we’ve just released a new course all about how audiences work in Totara Learn 13. Audiences allow you to group your users based on information held about them in the system, and to dynamically enrol and assign the learning and performance content that’s appropriate to them.
