Error in LIVE appraisal

We are about to upgrade, but are using Totara ver.11 at the moment. We have tested the appraisals extensively, but now there is an error not allowing the user (manager) to proceed. The error message states that:

However, when I look at the questions on the previous page, they are all numerical values:

Where can the problem stem from and is there any solution, if the appraisal is live and 200 people have already populated the various stages?

At this point, I'd be happy to simply remove the aggregator in order to allow the process to advance further. Would a Totara partner be able to achieve this? (removing an item from an appraisal that has been launched).

Any advice and tips are welcome! Thank you very much!!!

I think I have identified the problem. the aggregate is referring to some items that might have been moved. See yellow arrows below. This wasn't visible when drafting the document.

My question is whether there is any way I could disable the relevant question from the admin account, in order to enable the process to advance further. Maybe somehow overwriting the "Blocks editing off" button?

And if no, is there a way that a Totara partner would be able to disable this specific question?

As mentioned previously, I would like to avoid a situation where we have to re-launch the appraisals altogether. Thank you!
