Hi, 

We are currently using programs on totara 11.    We would like to report on a who has not engaged / launch the program.   Is there a way of doing this?    We would also need to be able to report on who is in a program.

Hi Mark

The Program completion report source has filters for 'Is Not started ?'  'Is in Progress ?',  'Is completed ? '

This could be combined with 'Date assigned' filter to get this information on who is not engaged in the program.
