Hi,

I've got a course with a feedback activity and when I look at the "show non-respondents" tab it shows everyone who has not responded from the entire business, not just those who are enrolled on the course who haven't responded.

Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be enabled?

I checked the documentation but could not find anything.

Hi Larry,

I couldn't replicate this in T12 or t13. What version are you using? Could you create a report based on the Course Membership report source and see who's in there?

V12.

I can figure out the non-respondents for the course.

I was interested in using the reminder message function within non-respondents to ask the non-responders to complete the feedback .

The documentation doesn't specify but I was expecting to see a list of enrolled non-respondents for this course, not a list of non-respondents from the entire business.

Show non-respondents

Unless the responses are set to anonymous, there will also be a Show non-respondents tab where the trainer or Feedback activity administrator can select some or all users who have not yet completed the feedback and send them a reminder message.

I don't want to scroll through a list of all non-respondents from the entire business to select the list of non-respondents from this course as that's not practical.

Hi Larry,

I still cannot replicate this. 

I suspect there are more people enrolled in your course than you realise. Did you create the report I suggested? 

When I select 'SHOW NON-RESPONDENTS' I see a list of users, enrolled in the course only, who have not responded. 

Can you supply me with exact replication steps, after we've ruled out the 'more people' scenario mentioned?

Hi George,

Sorry I didn't realise that's what you wanted. I ran the report and it shows roughly the amount of people enrolled on the course I expect about 500.

When I check non-respondents on the feedback activity on the course it shows 9000.

In terms of replication all I'm doing is opening the feedback activity and clicking on the non-respondents tab.

Hi Larry, 

Please try this

Edit the authenticated user role and in the permission check 

mod/feedback:complete = Not set.


It will resolve your problem, I think.
