If for regulatory purposes we need a cert which is signed manually by trainer and Learner, is there a way to upload this to the learners account?

Good morning Catherine,

Couple of options that might be useful listed below.

1. The learner can upload the signed certificate as Evidence in their Record of Learning.

2. In the course itself (if internal to the learning system) an assignment can be created to upload a certificate, and submit as part of that assignment.

Very helpful, thanks. However looking at our set up there doesn't seem to be any option to upload in the Record of Learning

There's a short video here (adding a piece of evidence) which takes you through the process for Totara 13, and there's also some material here on Learning plans in t12 (see adding evidence to a learning plan).
