Hi all,


I have a program overview report which behaves differently for two roles.  One is able to select any program from the selection box, the other can only see programs they are personally enrolled in.  Both users can see all the results if they leave this box default.  Can you tell me which capability relates to this permission?  I have compared the two roles and can't make the lesser role perform the same by adding any of the report or program named capabilities.

Hi Coby

I think I may have answered this post in another forum.

This may be related to audience based visibility - one user is in a audience that is able to see the program and the other isn't in the audience.

You should be able to see this when you edit the program and view the visibility settings.
