We have approx 200 courses on out Totara platform
In every course we use the questionnaire activity as a survey
I would like to know if, on a whole Totara platform, it is posible to find and export, without accessing directly the database, the number of learners who answred these questionaire activity on every courses.

I can't see the questionnaire activity in a standard Totara installation.
Is this a third party activity or it has been renamed from the Feedback activity?

I don't know. We use this plugin since our Totara version 2.x.

This does look like a third party plugin . The reports available are what is included in the plugin rather than through the Totara report builder.
Totara has something similar with performance activities that can be assigned to specified users with different question types and reported on .
