I am very new to Totara - we are just setting up and I am struggling with one particular certification.


One of our courses needs to be completed every year, but staff are allowed to complete it via eLearning every second years.  They have to attend a face to face session at least every second year.  We can't make it a calendar year - the interval period has to be dependant on last completion date.

Any ideas how to set this up so staff only have the option to complete f2f every second year?

Hi Astrid

This sounds like you should use the recertification setting Use certification completion date so the expiry date is two years after completion of the course with the seminar in it.

I am not clear by what you mean by one course requires to be completed  every year and one every two years. You can't have to have different  repeat dates on the same certification.
