Is there a way to enforce as an Admin that saved searches cannot be shared with other users. Our users have gotten a bit out of hand and the list of saved searches they see, because they have selected to share, is very long. Also, is there a way for an Admin to see all of the saved searches created by the users to remove them?

In Totara 12 there is the ability to create a report using the 'Saved report searches' that should give Admins the ability to see all the saved search info.

Thank you for your reply. We are using Totara 12 and, as an Admin, I am not able to see the searches the users have saved when I bring up the report to Manage Searches. I know there are multiple searches as I have accessed the report by those who have created them. Is the Admin's view to those Saved Searches somewhere else?
