I'm an advocate of setting up seminars via an Activity, unfortunately the previous person who looked after our Totara instance chose to do it a different way. Is there a preference for which way to do it, If we start setting them up via the Activity will they still age off (I'm guessing they will). 

Basically we now need to find a way of giving each seminar a unique name and the way they have been set does not allow for that, whereas if we now start setting them up via the Activity it will give us the opportunity to do that.
