Hi, I published a SCORM file using a 3rd party program (GOMO) and the video media files have an option to toggle between English and Spanish subtitles (VTT). On the published SCORM in the Totara environment, the subtitle toggle button appears but the subtitles do not display when English or Spanish is selected.
I tested the SCORM file in other LMS environments and the subtitles display when toggled. Is there a specific setting the Totara administrator needs to set in order for the VTT files to display when toggled? Thanks.
