Is there a way we can pull the data that shows what people are entering into the course search box? 


Our thinking is that by knowing this information it will help to inform out L&D offerings. Do we have the courses they are looking for? Are our courses named suitable? What should we be focusing on adding?

Hi Jen

To get this type of data would require a web analytics tool. It is possible to add additional HTML on every page to allow web page usage to be tracked in Totara.

There may also be a  customising Totara and storing the search entries on the database as Full text search is used  for course searches
