We just upgraded from v11 to 12.29, and we are using the Basis theme.  The favicon .ico file is still in the favicon area, but it appears to be broken.  I cannot view the image in the Basis theme settings, and it does not appear on the browser tab or in open scorm windows.  We removed the file and uploaded it again, but still broken.  If we delete it and don't upload a new file, it defaults to the green Totara favicon.

Any suggestions other than manually updating code?
