We have set up our system to allow for self-registration with approval.  We added a set of fields to the standard user fields.  These are currently contained in a COLLAPSED section of the form to be filled out by user.  

Question:  How can we have this section appear EXPANDED at all times so that users do not miss filling  out these fields when they do not expand the section to see them?  Is there a setting for this?  

Note.  the standard user field sections are expanded by default.
