Looking for an answer to see if there's a way to pull/create a Course Completion report of where I can have no repeated names whether that's of employee names or manager name with information-
How many employees (sum) per manager have overdue training (regardless of how many courses) overall?
With columns-
Manager Name || Number of Employees with overdue training.

It is possible to use aggregation for the user name column and count only unique names.
There are a few examples of the aggregated reports here.

Which source/report type is best to implement? So far sounds like program completion since programs have the due dates.

Program Overview would probably be the way to go, it provides for greater flexibility when reporting on Course completion.
