With the Engage option, can Teams virtual classes be created from Totara? Is the participation data automatically uploaded?

Can you provide us more details on what features you want to use in Teams virtual classroom and what data you want to store in Totara ?

I've got more details from our HR team

From the seminar activity, learners are directed to MS Teams to attend a virtual classroom.

People registered for the seminar activity will not necessarily be present during the virtual class in Teams (work obligation, illness, leave...etc).

So once the virtual class is over in Teams we would like to know if the attendance data (fully attended, no show, partially attended...etc...) is automatically uploaded to the Totara seminar activity, or if you still have to enter your data manually in the activity.

If this is not currently feasible, is this development in the roadmap?

Thanks for the extra details - currently there is a MS Teams integration with Totara seminars using virtual rooms. There is some information passed from the MS Team room to Totara so it is possible.

We do have a feature request for this TL-24568 Integrate Seminar Attendance Taking with 3rd party tools that is being investigated.
