I am trying to setup a footer with icons

but I can't see the icons if I'm not logged in

where should I upload the images to avoid this problem?

The image files need to be stored on a public facing web address so the user doesn't need to login to access the image files.

One of the Cloud services like Google Drive, Box, Dropbox should allow this.
