Is there a way to move an entire Topic/Section? Something similar to the way you can move a resource to a different section.

In later versions of Totara there is a move icon next to topics when the editing is turned on for the course.

What version are you using?

I'm using v13 and I do not see the move icon so I'm assuming that I do not have that capability. What versions have that option? Thank you

The move topic was in earlier versions so should be visible if you have the permissions ( I was using Totara 9)

You may not have the update Course settings allowed in the roles you have or there could possibly be a custom theme preventing this being displayed.
