Hi all

Hope everyone is well.

I have recently created a personal badgr account (with the same email address that I login to my Totara site with).

Running Totara Learn version Version 13.9 (Build: 20210628.00)

I am unable to connect to the backpack - see error below.

I also get the same error with my Totara Community account.

I note the URL says: https://badgr.io - I have had to join the regional https://eu.badgr.com/ - does this make a difference?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Andy,

Linking badges to your badgr account won't work if you are using a region other than the US. If you are using a US badgr account, then you will be able to upload badges to your badgr account by clicking the backpack icon on your my badges page.
