Hi Gina

The My Teams menu should  have a link to all of their staff members Record of learning.

The record of learning will provide access to the users completed and non completed learning including their Certifications enrolled in .Are you able to see this?

It is also possible to create a report based on the certification completion source and under the Content tab there is a Show by user menu and you can select show records with direct reports. This will show records that the user who is viewing the report is manager for.

Gina

I am also looking for a way for managers to see completions/non-completions for their teams in a easy way.  I wish Totara had a report dashboard that had all the typical data needed.

  • completed courses
  • most viewed
  • least viewed
  • breakdown by users regions, or roles etc...

Thinking I may need to source a custom report builder.  I'm actually surprised the LMS doesn't have this as an out of the box feature.

Did you find a solution?

Hi Gina

We created a new dashboard page called Canned Reports and added it to the My Team drop down menu. We then added feature link tiles which link out to pre filtered reports that provide team leaders with this kind of information. Here's a screen grab
