Hello, 

I have a Rise360 course exported as SCORM into Totara v12.  For some users, the course window pulls up and the title is visible but the rest of the course window is just a blank white screen.  I can recreate the issue when I login as the user having this issue, and it is not related to browser type.  If I delete their SCORM attempts, it fixes the problem.  Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi Jacque

It sounds like the SCORM may be reaching a limit (around 4096 characters) of data being stored to keep track of data between user sessions  so the user can resume where they left off in the same attempt in the SCORM.

If you look at the track data fro the attempt is there a lot of data showing under cmi.suspend-data

If this looks Ok then have you uploaded a revised version of the SCORM ?
