Could I get some advice on setting up a custom seminar notification please?
Our use case is: We would like to send an email to users at the end of an event, which contains a link to a survey about the event.
These are the steps I'm following:
- Set up seminar as admin
- Add notification that should be triggered 0 hours after event end
- Sign up to event with enrolled user
- Wait until event end time
I don't receive the notification that I set up in step 2.
I've posted screenshots of the config for this notification below. Have I set up something incorrectly here? I receive other notifications as expected, which suggests it's this notification causing the issue, rather than site messaging in general.
