You should swap the deprecated fields with the new field names -so the first field showing you should choose the field User's manager's name(s)  

This happens when a report that was using the old field is upgraded to the new field. The change in Fields can occur if they no longer perform well or the  database structures change. 

The old fields are not deleted immediately they are set to deprecated so you have a chance to change over to the new fields.
