When I pull a certification status report I see that some learners have a status of 'expired since' or 'overdue since'. Can anyone please explain what the difference is here? I would think that if they have failed to re-certify that the status would just be 'expired since'?

These terms do sound similar and in most cases the expiry date would mean that the certification is also overdue by that many days.
I think if a user requests an extension for the Certification then the overdue date may be different than the expiry date
I will try and find out more.
