Enrol an individual into a competency

I am just starting to play with competencies. I have set some up and am now wanting to enrol some students.

I am wanting to either enrol individuals or set up a specific Audience to enrol into the competency.

Just can't seem to see how I do that.

The way you can assign competencies will depend on what combination of Totara products you are using. Assigning competencies by audience is typically only something you could do with Totara Perform enabled.
