But it seems it would be the same problem (you'd need to create your Scorm to multiple places on Totara where you'd like it to appear and the data would't be shared).

How and where would you add your Scorm and who would have these rights to add and connect this Scorm to your platform?

Would the external tool activity be the one keeping and transferring the completion datas?
