Student Collaboration- moving things around on the screen to categorize

I received this message from one of our Editing Trainers:

How do we use interactive activities with students in virtual training in Moodle 3.3.9 (similar to a table-top exercise using cards or sticky notes), to allow all the students to move things around on the screen to categorize or build something using pieces?

I have spent several hours Googling and trying different H5P activities and have not been able to find a way to have students interact this way. Is there a way to do this on Totara (version 12) or is there a plug-in that will enable this?

For a post gad course on digital education, I used Padlet instead of any of the Totara or h5p activities. You can build in padlet and then embed the page into a basic Totara page for the students to interact with.

The free account that you can get was fine for what I needed

I had never heard of Padlet. I just tried it out and it should work well for the interactive project.
