Certifications need to remain in current learning

I have a quick question that I need an answer to.  I have a vendor module that has two parts an online learning module and a computer based dummy that is linked to the vendor's site.  Currently when my users complete the elearning part the certification is marked as complete and removed from their current learning.  I need this to remain on their current learning.  If it never goes away that is fine but I need to ensure that they have easy access to it.

I know they can go into transcripts but many are not and they are overloading our help desk with this issue.  Any step by step instructions on how I can acheive this.

Hey Thomas,

RQI issue? I think the solution is on the RQI server end of things as the learning occurs in their system, you just pass through credentials. We have ours set so that the course is uncomplete unless both parts (elearning and simulation manikin) are completed. I'd love for them to have at least a 50% completion marker which would highlight to the learner the need to complete both parts.

I would agree to the second part.  I know this was accomplished by the previous administrator.  Some how he got Totara to keep the certification in the student's current learning block.  I didn't make any changes just added a new quarter's audience and it stopped working like it used to.  Thanks for your thoughts.

Hey Thomas,

I have a meeting with our Totara partner scheduled for this afternoon. If I get any updates from them I'll pass them along to you regarding this topic.
