Hello, I'm looking for help with report sources.

I'm trying to do a quick audit across all our programmes and certifications showing courses in each. 

Can anyone suggest a good report source?

I'm currently using the COURSES report source which gives me a nice list of all our courses but it does not give me an option add a column to show which programmes and certifications the courses are being used in.

Is this possible?
