We are looking to periodically pull feedback response reports for our courses after sessions are completed.

We've noticed that we can't filter feedback responses by time received within the LMS but when we export to CSV there isn't an option to do this either.

The problem here is we don't want to take feedback we have previously pulled or acknowledged into account when pulling future reports.

Is it possible to record when participants complete feedback so we can pull 'feedback completed after [date]'?

Hi Sam

You are right - I checked the latest version of Totara and the filter by date isn't there in the Feedback analysis for exporting or viewing.

There is a feedback summary report that captures when each feedback activity was completed and this is also recorded in the site log but the detail of the question is not included in these reports.

If you are using Totara Perform then performance activities can used rather than the feedback activity. 

This allows selected audiences with different question types and then use Question response reporting to filter results by date.
