Has anyone seen/received this error before? I have tried to update the certifciation completion record manually but it wont allow me and produced this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To find out more detail on what the Exception is you can click on the Exception tab in the program.
one of the exception errors is caused by one of the courses being in more than one certification and needs to be fixed manually . I am not sure what the number is - is that the userid of a user assigned to the Certification.
