Seminar Details for Facilitators

I am a new Totara Learn 14 user. As the LMS site admin for our organization, I enter seminars for our facilitators and attendees. Recently, I noticed that when assigning a facilitator, the facilitator receives a seminar invite just as an attendee would; however, the seminar details don't display. I checked out the notification template and confirmed the placeholder [details] was present, but the issue continues. Does anyone know how to get the seminar details to display in the notification for the facilitator?

Hi Mayeso

This does appear to be the correct format and content to the standard template for the facilitator.

Can you try deleting the blank line before the closing [/sessions] as this may not be recognised as closing the loop.

Thanks for your reply. I followed your advice and deleted the blank line before [/sessions]; however, this didn't resolve the issue. The details still don't display for the facilitator invite.

Hi Mayeso

Thanks for confirming that - there may be some hidden characters in the notification template that are affecting the output.

Can you confirm this works with an unmodified facilitator notification with the Details showing?

If this doesn't work either are you able to create a support ticket with a copy of the seminar activity and the Totara version number so we can try and see why the details aren't showing.

Hello, Craig,

The example given in the original post was unmodified, having just previously deleted the seminar activity for the course page after running several tests then recreating the activity module for a fresh notification template. I will reach out to our hosting partner to have a ticket created. I appreciate your help.
