Below is a screenshot of an email that came from our Totara site. Can you guys point me to where I can customize the formatting? We just use the basis theme, but the colors you see in this screenshot have nothing in common with the colors we have selected in basis. We are using version 12.

Can you confirm what version of Totara you have - in Totara 14 and above it is possible to change the email settings through the Ventura settings
