Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and to celebrate we asked the talented women of Totara for their views on how to #BreakTheBias in the workplace. Head of Community Services Rachel Griffith-Boyes also wrote a piece reflecting on what workplace bias looks like to help us reflect on this topic.
