When going to the certificate for the module only the first 50 recipients are listed. There is nothing at the bottom of the list to allow me to select the next group of learners of the list of the alphabet letters so I can pick by name.

There are times I need to go generate the certificate for the learner but I can't get to their name.

I don't have permissions on the participants page to view certificates from there.

I can get to another section where I can see they completed modules, but I can't print the certificates. On this page there is the option to navigate to other pages.

Hi Wendy

This report looks as though it is not a report manager report so it is not able to be modified from the user interface.

The report code is in mod/certificate/report.php so would have to be modified by a developer . There is a variable CERT_MAX_PER_PAGE that could be adjusted, 

I had a look at the report for Totara 13 and this looks different but not sure if this displays more users . What version are you on?
