Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to make sure that suspended users do not show up in the list of appraisals.   I want the "As appraiser" tab to only show active users, and i am not quite sure how to achieve this.

Also, if a user is suspended, is their appraisal closed?

Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Peter

I posted this to your workspace question.

In Perform we've addressed this in v16. In v16 admins are able to define how performance activity data is hidden when a user is suspended. There's options to close the activity/instance or close and hide the activity/instance.

As an alternative. If you are using audiences to manage the user assignment groups, you can apply a rule to exclude them from the audience when suspended.

But I assume from this context that you are using v12.

v12 does not support this either.

HD-10422 suggests a workaround

Hi Phil,

The link is not available HD-10422, would you be able to expand it a bit more? Thank you!

Hi Sasha.  Oops sorry.  Of course.  Here you go.

The question was asked.

Is it possible to exclude suspended users from the "My Appraisal" as manager report?
The report cannot be edited, so I cannot see a way to do this with a filter or otherwise.
Thanks for any advise.
Thanks
The response was

You are right the All Appraisals > As Manager report is not accessible using the report builder.
The information that is displayed here is similar to the report accessed from the Team members report which is an embedded report. This report can be modified to have a filter for user status included in it.
The manager can then select the Appraisal link to access their staff appraisals.

The idea of filtering out suspended users obviously only applies to reports.
Peter's question seems to refer to a TXP experience e.g. "I want the "As appraiser" tab to only show active users, in which case as I've said above v16 supports this.

Hi Peter,

is the reason they are suspended is because they have left the organisation? could you add an additional filter to identify the Suspended users?

To remove them from active, I've removed the manager name from the Job assignment which would orphan the account but would prevent them from showing - and still keeping a learning record?

If you have CSV files of the records you could still look back as to find the line manager should that be an issue later?

Kind regards

Rebecca
