Is it possible for a learner to see all the certificate he/she received from courses or programs in Totara Learn ? (a sort of Evidence bank with certificate
It is an important feature for some of our clients, as their learners may have to print out or give all their certificates and don't want to go to each course independently.

There isn't a report source specifically for Certificates issued .
A possible work around would be to use Open Badges for completing defined program or course criteria. There is a report source for badges Issued. Badges also show on the user's profile page and can be downloaded and verified externally.

@craig we cannot use badges, they need official certificates to take out of the platform (in PDF version to add to a professional portfolio)
@Simon Seems very interesting indeed, but I can't seem to find this Customer Certificate activity. Is this a plugin ?

Third-party plug-in, and it works well enough with Totara 12 and 14 (the versions I've tested on!)
