I have installed the Totara mobile app recently and I cannot find a way to change the language. 

Could you guide me, please?

Hi Monica

There was an issue with the user's languages not being picked up by the mobile app TL-30249 that was fixed in Totara 13.7 and 14.0 - are you on an older version of Totara? if you are then upgrading should fix this.

Hi ,


I have Totara app , the android version and am not able to change the language though I use latest version of Totara 17 web, should we have the language pack already working?

Hi Gerald

Can you please describe the steps to replicate the problem?

For example:

  1. Change the language preference for the user in Totara. 
  2. Log into the mobile app
  3. What happens next?
