We are an NHS trust and a big part of delivering training is normally Study Days. The issue we are facing is people are attending these study days which will include a few different subjects on each one, this means that some staff are completing training whilst green on their accounts. When they go out of date we get queries saying that they did this on a study day a few months back.

A useful function that we are crying out for is that the system starts to recognize the latest completion date, meaning that regardless of when the training is completed, the cert will update with the cron run overnight and recertify. The renewal windows are sometimes too restrictive. As this is not an option in Totara, does anybody else come across this issue? If so do you have a way of working that helps with the issues, a manual upload of each register for each subject would not be ideal but something I am considering.
